The sales staff at this dealership were helpful when I purchased my car, but the service advisors and mechanics are among the worst in the DFW area. During the first service, my car did not meet the specifications indicated by the dashboard message, which prompted a warning to check the oil level. The car has only 4,000 miles, and the service advisor informed me that it's normal for a car like this to use oil periodically, especially before reaching the oil change limit.

Avoid this dealership. They treat customers like fools who can be easily cheated. I had to argue with them just to get the tint on the car which was already included in the price. The sales manager is very good at his job of lying to customers. The finance manager and also the registration receipt clearly stated the registration sticker will be sent home. I sent my Volkswagen here for a diagnostic and to replace the ignition lock cylinder. They took a month to complete repairs and were very uncommunicative about what was going on. After getting my car back, I realize the check engine light was still on, and had to drive the car back to the dealership. Lee Hall told me to come back if the lights turned back on. I took my 2015 VW Jetta TDI to this dealership and deeply regret it. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into a 5-month nightmare. Not only did it take forever to get the car back, but I had to return twice for the exact same issue—same error codes and everything. The second time around, it sat there for another month, and surprise: the same codes came right back after just 40 miles of driving.

Customer Service second to none? HA! I beg to differ!! The service dept is BAD!! They didn't communicate with my wife and I about our vehicle! I had a great experience with my purchase. After calling to verify availability of the vehicle I wanted. I scheduled an appointment and was greeted right away when I arrived. The vehicle was brought up, I did a walk around and then drove it. We agreed on pricing and my trade in, it was late in the day so I had to wait for a couple other buyers that had been there before me to sign documents. Very easy and pleasant.

I've brought my VW Golf TDI to Rusty Wallis WV since 2019. I've found the service and parts departments to be excellent. They are very transparent with pricing for parts and service. The service advisors take the time to listen to my concerns, inform me if the mechanics find anything unusual during their inspections, let me know what the repair options are with the corresponding prices. While my car is in for maintenance, I love receiving a link to a video with the mechanic's walkthrough of my car's inspection.
The service department is top notch and your repairs and service are explained well before starting the job. Pricing is reasonable and you know your VW will be treated well by their mechanics.
